It’s story month, according to the calendar on my wall. Time to tell something about yourself to the world. Share who you are. It’s inspiring.

A month dedicated to our hearts … how we honour them and share them. What a great month to celebrate all that makes us fabulous!

For most of us, the new year is a hopeful time. We make big plans to do things differently and better. Sometimes you can see the plans coming, other times the plans just show up at your door!

As my inner bear has been staying quiet, things have been bursting to life. This is what happens to me in late December. The New Year will bring a whole new project to life, and I think the forefront of my work.

This is the quietest time of year for my body. Every year it seems to get even quieter. My inner bear is ready to rest in silence and muse on what has been and what is to come …

The final month of a year of great shift and change. I guess when I did the calendar last year, something in me must have known this was the message that needed to come through at this time. I think it’s a good one!

Working with my hands is the thing I like to do most. Hands are incredible and what they know and how they learn fascinates me!

Funny, the theme of this months calendar/wallpaper is Be Who You Are … and that is the same theme I picked for my 2023 calendar! It was such fun putting that together, to see the idea just begin and take hold so strongly. I think it’s a good theme for the year ahead, and I am looking forward to it!

In the turbulent world we are experiencing, HOPE is one thing I keep in the forefront. Hope is the connection we have to our Trust and Faith that the forces beyond our control or understanding, are fashioning a new world for us. I believe it is in our highest and best interest. This is my hope.

In a unrelated (to the naked eye) series of happenings in and around me, I am feeling a connection to myself and others in a new way. It’s pretty exciting and certainly very energizing!
