This past week has offered so many opportunities for me to practice what I have learned … and I am grateful.

There is nothing quite like the elation of finishing a big project. When the copies of compendium 7 arrived on Friday, ready to be mailed out, I was feeling so light! Addressing each envelope allowed me time to connect with people who read about my world. It is such a nice feeling!

Although things move slowly in my studio these days … here are a few things I thought worth sharing. The biggest news being, I finally got back to compendium!

A year like no other …
Strange/ironic that this year is 2020, a number, when stacked is an indicator of perfect vision. This is NOT lost on most people, I know! But here we are, being asked to look at everything around and inside us, yet right now, where I live, there is smoke from wildfires preventing visibility. 

A renewed sense of wonder For the past couple of weeks, I have been watching my seven year old cat explore the front garden for the first time. There are few words to describe the sense of wonder I feel in her. Silently, I hold the space, so that she can explore...

This week I introduce my newest ideas … still mandala based, still practical … but now with an additional twist. Introducing “vestiges”!

I thought my love affair with pens was contained to the pens themselves … but I was wrong … my love has now firmly extended to the inks that go in the pens! See what colours I am currently using in my pens … I hope you are inspired!
