I have taken some of the hundreds of mandalas I have drawn and painted, and created an all new positive notes nourishment deck.

There are 36 different cards, each with a phrase to nourish you every day.

Each morning I choose 3 cards to guide and ground my day. It’s amazing how a phrase and image can create such calm.

Size: 2.5″ x 4″,  printed on 130 lb. recycled card stock, they feel generous in your hand. Clear topcoat for durability. Full colour.
Stand holds three cards side by side, and is hand embellished. Every stand is a little bit different!

Randomly choose a mandala nourishment card each day to help you set the spirit and tone of what is to follow. 

Take a few quiet moments, reflect on both the image and words. Let them be your companion throughout the day. 

Sometimes I use the cards to help me answer a question, or give me a direction. I will often pick three cards at random to see what the combined message offers as guidance. 

The cards simply help you to be in the present moment, ground you in your own wisdom, and offer you support. 

To me, this is the next evolution of how the mandalas wish to bring calm, focus and strength to us as individuals, so that we can in turn, take that positive force into the world.
