on a positive note ~
daily practice colouring pack

30 original mandala designs with two words to prompt you to explore where you are at: I AM.
Colour them any way your heart desires!

Each morning, I sit quietly in my studio and colour a mandala. It’s a practice I have been doing for quite awhile and the benefits I feel are pretty amazing. For me, this is Sacred Play, where I surrender to what is and deep inside things start to shift and settle, in a most replenishing way.

On the back of the colouring card you will find a space to write down the what comes up while you are colouring. The thoughts can be quite random, but I always find them very revealing and freeing!

This is a daily opportunity to be in touch with you and only you. A time to release, recharge and renew.

May this become a relaxing, playful and enduring practice in your life.
Happy colouring!!

The Mandala Colouring Sheets are a unique addition to one’s creative practice. I found colouring the mandalas meditative, soothing and energy boosters. My mind absorbed in the shapes and act of colouring went silent and deep. Out of that quiet well, ideas would pop, unbidden and exciting. I continue colouring, around the sweep of the mandala and the internal hum massages my anxiety. The frazzle that our changing times leaves our minds softens by the movement of the colour and line. I found it surprising and satisfying to adopt mandala colouring into my day to day practice. Give it a try. See what resonates for you!
